On only my second day with MacIntyre I attended Great Interactions training. It was the first time I had ever done a training course like Great Interactions. I thoroughly enjoyed my two days and cannot wait to attend day three.
I really did get a more accurate understanding of what MacIntyre is all about and what it stands for. MacIntyre has a great philosophy that welcomes all and supports people to live a life that makes sense to them. You cannot get better than this. MacIntyre accepts each person with open arms for who they are.
Great Interactions training has really inspired me to get out there and do it: to really make a difference to someone’s life.
This training course really has helped me have a different outlook on life. When I say this I mean not just in my working environment but at home or even walking down the street. I now find myself analysing the behaviour of complete strangers towards others. I continuously think of ways I can improve how I use my facilitative skills to benefit others and improve their well being. I’m doing this subconsciously sometimes, but other times it’s about taking the time to reflect, so I can support people to grow and develop every day.
One of the most important things I learnt from Great Interactions training is that whatever I do it can have a huge impact on how someone feels; especially the small things.
So for me Great Interactions is the only way forward. I’m so excited to be starting my career with MacIntyre. Great Interactions really is PRICELESS!
